Palestinian American Organizations Network (PAON) joins the voices of activists, social justice organizers, feminists’ movements, and the entire Palestinian community in the US and abroad celebrating the 2023 International Women’s Day.

We salute women’s resistance and fight for justice and freedom in Palestine and across the Globe. We salute our mothers, sisters, teachers, organizers, farmers, laborers and political prisoners on the ground fighting and leading the struggle every day.

Today and every day we need to ensure that our women and girls are empowered and have access to the opportunities and resources available so they can help shape their future and the future of a just, free liberated communities in all fields on equal footing and gender equality.

We also celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women who work every day to make the world a better place for women and girls.
